Property owners are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the website and routinely review it to keep abreast of important information related to our Association.

Association dues are $400.00 a year and may be paid quarterly or in full. Payments can be made online using the ‘Make a Payment’ tab on the home screen. Checks can be mailed to Lakeland Property Owners’ Association, P.O. Box 668, Daphne, AL 36526.
Payments must be made to the Lakeland Property Owners’ Association.
Property owners are encouraged to register for and use the Owner Access Portal to view your LPOA account information. You can access your owner portal at https://owner.topssoft.com/PropertyShop/Account/Login.
Additionally, property owners who have not already done so, are encouraged to go to the top right-hand corner of this website and register for an online account with our Association. Registration is limited to property owners only and will grant you access to restricted tabs on our website and distribution for our “email blasts” of useful and factual information related to our Association and neighborhood.
Written approval is required from the LPOA Architectural Review Committee prior to commencing any new construction, any modification to your existing home or other structure or any addition to your property to include but not limited to installing a fence or storage shed. The application is available on this website under Architectural Review Application.
This website, and use of “email blasts” approved by the Board of Directors are the official sources of information for the LPOA.
Trash Pick-up Day is on Thursday. Residents may request one solid waste pick-up per month.
